Started taking this pink bubblegum bag for a spin a while back but it already spent a bit more than a week with me and it's back in the closet. i cant wait to reduce my bag collection because i am overwhelmed for once. but i do need to mull over what to sell/give away because i have no room for regrets.  tomorrow the kids will hopefully be ready to go back to school.  

My bag of the moment. 37 camel bolide gold hardware possibly in clemence i am not sure as i've had it for a long time. Because i'm stressed about my studies, i'm just sitting here watching grey's anatomy fantasizing about my hair being in better condition. everyone on that show has great hair! i love amelia shephard's hair in season 11 and i love april kepner's hair in season 13! and i still have no idea what i'll do about my hair. i feel like my natural roots will eventually reach my shoulders until i make a decison!  

So last night i decided to give away a bunch of my bags. i'm slowly decluttering my life right now and on sunday someone is going to come with a truck to pick up the furniture that we don't need anymore. a lot of stuff just got moved with us when we first moved in here from our previous living situation that we just didn't realize we don't need. Most of the time we didn't even choose them ourselves and were just given to us by others.  i don't know why i'm so stressed lately...there's no reason to be this stressed...

My bag of the day. i like how this bag looks like it's a vintage bag and something that just came out a few months ago. the girl on the train, then gone girl, then sharp objects. i liked the last one the least but i am considering reading dark places next.  my skin is breaking out again...i think i am due for another session of hydrafacial.   

I bought this bag in the summer of 2015...and used it for the first time last week. i should definitely circulate my bags more often, and give away or sell bags i don't want to use anymore. There's no need for all the clutter, really.  Project spring cleaning is now underway, even though it's not even spring yet. But these projects tend to take months anyway.   

I can't believe it's been more than 2 weeks since the last time I posted! It feels like people who keep personal blogs like I do are probably those who are still living in the past, when everyone had a blog and the only drama was blog drama, lol. At least I'm thankful for the lack of drama. My car is here, and I can't believe I've had it for 2 weeks. Most days I'm glad to have it but then come these other days where I feel so lazy but at the same time very overwhelmed by the responsibility of driving and ensuring my passengers reach the destination safely. I know it is probably a weird thing to think about but I just can't help it sometimes. Only one more week of classes left. Finishing off my projects and presentations little by little. It sucks that the blogger app on my phone keeps crashing before I even get the chance to finish writing my posts. I don't know what's causing it and it doesn't look like there's an update at the moment. Never really posted pictures of my newly acquired bags that were on my wishlist, so here they are. First off, the pink colorblock Fendi and the charm. The pink and light green are even more fabulous in person. I can easily say this is my favorite color combination and I don't feel like it's "too trendy". The charm is also really cute, I loved it so much that I went to one of my local Fendi boutiques and purchased 2 more and maybe going to get another one, too, soon. The Mansure Gavriel, simple, hard, easy to scratch but lovely either way. It's big enough to fit a lot of stuff and I find the bucket bag look very easy going. I love this cute cat bag from Chanel. I feel like I really want to add it to my collection. Although the pattern is seasonal it's just so cute and it's cats! What more could I ask for? I am really hungry today. I had 2 boiled egg sandwiches for breakfast and a salad for lunch. Right now it's 5.30 and I'm starved. I wonder if I should have a light dinner now before class? The level of hunger I've reached can be quite distracting I believe. And it's not like I'm craving anything specific, so it's not carb cravings or anything like that. Not really in the mood for class at all. I feel down because my summer vacation didn't go as I'd hoped and everything else I'd been looking forward to just went down the drain recently. I don't feel like I have the energy to do anything.

Been looking for these lovely bucket bag by Mansur Gavriel (pic from net-a-porter) and finally found them. it's been years since I've tried ordering anything from there...hope that if I do order, it's accepted. 

Just ordered this bag and bag charm from Nordstrom last night. I've been eyeing the bag for a while now and decided to finally order it. I don't trust Nordstrom, though, sometimes my orders get cancelled without good reasons and I am not given any explanations even after calling. So we'll see if it will make its way into my clutches or not!

Today I saw this wallet on chain from chanel in person and fell in love. I fear I may end up buying it! it just makes me think of vintage bags! 

Since I started looking at Hermes...I couldn't very well see an end in sight. L'ecrin is an amazing reseller with boutiques in both Japan and Singapore. Here is what I couldn't get my eyes off... First comes this gorgeous Birkin 25 in Ruby and gold hardware in togo. I am definitely not a red bag person but the color Ruby makes me think of cherries and strawberries for some reason. Most of my family know by now that it is my dream to own a pink birkin, but no such luck as they are extremely rare. Even the reseller prices reflect its rarity! This is Ms. Birkin 30 in Rose Confetti silver hardware in epsom. A pink Kelly is another dream of mine. Placing both pinks near each other in one page kind of shows how different they are. This is a 25 Kelly in Rose Sakura, gold hardware and swift leather. I feel swift leather suits this gorgeous soft pink. Blue Saint-Cyr seems like such a lovely and feminine blue. I think it looks perfect on this 28 Kelly in clemenc...

Well...there's a really good chance the Tokyo trip is getting postponed for a second time. Yesterday I was really torn apart over it and felt my feelings of worthlessness resurfacing but today I am better. Postponing the trip till December is actually much better. The weather will be completely different. It'll be cold! Coming from a warm climate this sounds really amazing. I would love to go somewhere else for now but we aren't sure if it would be possible due to lengthy visa processes. For the moment, I've decided to look at Hermes.com  and their available bags (wondering if I can find any of them at my local boutique). First comes this small garden party in cobalt. I already have a garden party but in a larger size. I find it to be a really practical bag and I love having simple bags in many colors. Then comes this So Kelly in Peony and gold hardware. My good friend M just gave me the web address of a retailer that sells really pretty bags! It's called lapalette.us I found their leather goods to be really adorable. Decided to post up pictures of my favorite pieces.  If it has a horse, I'll want o know more about it. Actually I only asked about my friend's bag because it had a horse on it.  They are so lovely and low-key. The colors are so attractive and the price is so reasonable.  If I ever go to Malaysia, I would have to go check out their boutiques!

My semester deliverables have all been delivered! All that's left is my final exams next week. I just don't feel like studying today so I'm taking it off, lol. These screenshots were tall taken from the Chanel website. I've really been interested in Chanel lately after having mostly ignored it my entire adult life. I do have a few of their handbags that I do not use too often. But last year I got the camera bag that I really love. Now I find myself more interested in their collections as a whole.  Almost bought this little red one on the left recently but changed my mind at the last minute. Mostly because I already bought a different colored wallet-on-chain just a week earlier! The colors of these two bags are so classy and elegant! I wonder, though, if the style would remain timeless or would feel like "old trendy" a few years down the line? Really interested in chevron these days. I do wonder if one day I'll finally tak...

It was only recently that I started getting into Celine bags. Sometimes I feel bad about liking/wanting bags but it's the same as anything else...the same as wanting/liking jewelry, shoes or clothes. And I only splurge on them after all our necessities have been purchased/paid for. I've decided to reduce my course load for this summer. It just felt like I am struggling to manage. There's simply no time. And I also want to make sure I spend time with my kids every day especially since my husband is away.  There isn't much time for me to exercise till the end of the semester and I'll just have to accept it. But I wish it means that I'm reducing my bad stuff intake but it doesn't. I wish I could go back to eating healthy and eating well. My main meals are actually okay. I often have cheese and turkey sandwiches or boiled egg sandwiches and they are quite filling. My lunch and dinner consists of some form of protein (chicken or fish) and raw vegetab...

I tried to write this post perhaps 3 times, something always happens and I end up abandoning it without saving. Commuting home from class right now and my kids are wrecking hovac at home. I have way too many deliverables to submit this coming week and don't know how I'm going to give them any attention. i feel so guilty for doing this. they came with me to a business meeting this morning though...and dd wanted attention so much that she kept screaming at me while I was in mid conversation with the people I was hiring. hopefully this means she's used to being the center of my world? wanted to post my bag of these days. or well, the last time I used it was the first time I attempted to write this post. it's by mark cross and I purchased it in late 2015. planning to acquire another bag by mark cross, maybe the one that looks like an old hat box. I really love the vintage feel of these bags. it feels like there's a history behind them.
