It just struck me how guilty i feel that my kids, especially my daughter, have missed 10 days of preschool. in september my daughter is starting a new chapter in a different establishment. she has really enjoyed preschool and loves her teachers and caretakers, but right now she only has one more month with them but she's sick. i would like her (both of them actually) not to still be throwing up or having loose bms before going...and what if it's contagious? i just dont know what to do.

It normally isn't possible for me to lose this much weight in a week...but I've been sick and will probably regain everything I've lost. I even stopped working out because of how weak I've been, but thankfully I am getting better now. Will resume my workout regime tomorrow evening. Had the brazilian blow out yesterday...I can really see how dry and damaged the ends of my hair are...maybe it's time for another olaplex treatment or protein fillers treatment soon to try and help it.

We haven't slept for days. DAYS! If I'm this exhausted then I do wonder how my poor kids are feeling. They've been sick and I've actually never come across one of these illnesses; which is foot and mouth disease. My son had it worse than my daughter but both of them aren't eating. Now it seems like my daughter has the flu or at least a flu-like illness. She's been out of school for a week now. In other news, the car is mine! Hopefully I'll receive it next week. I need to get my kids car seats for it so I guess I'll call the retailer about these two since they are quieter colors of the Fllo model.

I've been exhausted and had a horrible migraine for a week now. my kids and I were sick and appeared to be getting better but we weren't. didn't go to the gym since Saturday for the body pump 96 release. on Sunday my migraine got worse and I went to the hospital and was given a prescription for a very strong painkiller, I mean honestly it's a post surgeries pain killer! but it did nothing! yesterday my son woke up with a fever so I took both him and my daughter to the pediatrician. while there it finally clicked that I had a sinus problem and asked to be checked as well. the 3 of us are recovering now!
